Are there any changes in your online shopping policy due to COVID19?
Our e-shop is fully available with just one small change: Cash on delivery by courier is currently not possible. We therefore recommend that you use a different payment method, ideally paying for the order online.
To make your shopping as convenient as possible at this time, the return period has been extended to 30 days. In addition, shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR within Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
Other rules for the return of goods remain as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
How can I choose the correct size when shopping online?
Let’s face it: shopping for clothes online can be a gamble. To help you decide, check out our size and fit overview which you can find in the detailed description of every item.
We design our items in four different sizes: XS, S, M and L. Our size chart offers equivalent sizes for EU (32–44), UK (4–18) or US (00–16) sizes. Additionally, the garment and model size is given for every image.
How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our size chart.
To take good measurements to determine your size:
- Bust: Measure across the widest area of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
- Hips: Measure around the widest point of your hips.
- Inseam: Measure the length from your crotch to the bottom of your leg.
If you’re between two sizes, we recommend you go with the smaller size, especially when it comes to leggings. The cut and the material will look even better if they are tight on the body. Don’t worry if you are too tall: the material used for our leggings is really elastic and great for taller body types.
How to take care of Athleeya products?
We use quality materials and fabrics to create our products, ensuring that they are functional as well as soft and gentle on the skin.
We recommend machine washing all our clothing products at 30 degrees and with similar colours. Do not add fabric softener. Ideally, turn clothing inside out. Do not iron or tumble dry.
My order arrived in compostable packaging. What does that mean?
Your order was packed in a plastic wrap to protect it from any damage while being shipped. That packaging is made of starch. It’s 100% compostable, so will biodegrade in just 3–6 months and fulfils requirements for the EU OK Compost certificate. This ecological packaging is our first step in our journey to sustainability.
Which countries do we ship orders to?
We currently ship to 25 countries within the EU. For deliveries elsewhere, please send us an email and we will agree terms individually. For more information on shipping payments and delivery times, please refer to “Delivery”.
You can purchase our products using the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit card via Besteron payment-gateway: Fast and secure online payment can be made with your VISA, Mastercard and Maestro bank cards. Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days after the transaction is confirmed.
- Instant payment: Payment redirects you to the internet banking, where you can pay by one click. The money is then normally credited to our account immediately and we ship the order within 1–2 working days (Supported banks in Slovakia: Tatra banka, Slovenská sporiteľňa, VÚB banka, Poštová Banka and UniCredit Bank).
- Cash on delivery: Payment can be made to the courier who delivers the ordered goods, i.e. cash on delivery. This option is available within Slovakia and will be charged one Euro.
- Paypal: Payment can be made via your Paypal account. We normally receive payment immediately and ship the order to you within 1-2 working days.
All our orders are shipped via DPD or Packeta carriers and their partners.
We will inform you immediately after releasing your order. The carrier will then contact you via email or SMS with shipping details and a tracking number. If the delivery time does not suit you, contact the courier directly to rearrange the delivery time or pick up point.
We currently deliver to 25 countries within the EU. Please see the table below for exact information about the carrier, price, and time of delivery. For deliveries elsewhere, please send us an email and we will agree terms individually.
Returns & Exchanges
If, for any reason, a purchased item does not meet your expectations, you can return the item or exchange it for another of equal value within 30 days of receiving it. To return or exchange items:
- Fill in the Return/Exchange Form.
- Carefully pack the undamaged and unworn item(s) with original labels and tags in the original packaging and enclose the completed Return/Exchange Form.
- Send the package to the following address:

We recommend sending the package via a courier or registered mail and insure the price of the purchased goods. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during delivery. Shipping costs when returning goods are paid by the sender. We will not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery.
- We will transfer funds to your bank or credit card account within 14 days of the goods being returned to us. Please note, the money transfer itself can take 2-5 business days, depending on your bank‘s terms and conditions. We will send you a confirmation of the refund by email. The refunded amount will include the original cost of any postage when purchasing the goods.
Product satisfaction and complaints procedure
Your satisfaction and the quality of our products is paramount to us. Therefore, we are always sorry to hear that something is wrong with an item. To resolve the situation as easily as possible:
- Please fill in a Complaint Form which you can download here.
- Place the faulty clean item(s) in packaging to sufficiently protect it/them during transport. Attach a completed Complaint Form and a copy of your payment details.
- Send the package to the following address:

- We recommend sending the package via a courier or registered mail and insure the price of the purchased goods. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during delivery.
- If possible, please also send an email to email@example.com explaining that you are sending goods back.
- We will not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery.
- After receiving the returned items, we will try to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. We will inform you about its progress by email.
