By subscribing to the newsletter, you, as the data subject, give your consent to the controller to receive the newsletter. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to enable the data subject to receive the newsletter sent via the www.athleeya.com web application - for this reason, it is necessary to process the data subject's e-mail address. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the aforementioned purpose is the data subject's consent, which the data subject has the right to withdraw at any time.
The recipients of personal data are:
- The supplier of the software solution
- Recipients of data on accounting transactions related to the purchased goods
- Supervisory authorities
The processing of personal data does not involve the cross-border transfer of personal data, automated decision-making or profiling.
The retention period for data stored in the athleeya.com web application is usually 5 years from the date of subscription to the newsletter or until consent is withdrawn.
The provision of personal data for the purposes of using the ahleeya.com web application and for marketing purposes is neither a legal requirement nor a contractual requirement nor a requirement necessary to enter into a contract with the controller. In the event that personal data is not provided, the user will not be able to use the athleeya.com web application and the benefits provided by the application, or the benefits mentioned in the marketing email communication.
As a data subject, you have, among other things, the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning you as a data subject, the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR Regulation), the right to erasure of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten") in cases specified by law (Article 17 of the GDPR Regulation), and the right to restriction of the processing of personal data in cases specified by law (on the basis of which the controller will mark the stored personal data in order to restrict their processing in the future) (Article 18 of the GDPR Regulation), the right to object to processing carried out on the legal basis of legitimate interest (Article 21 of the GDPR Regulation), the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data (the Office for Personal Data Protection, https://dataprotection.gov.sk), e.g. in the event of a violation of your rights as a data subject by the controller. Due to the nature and character of the data processed, data subjects do not have the right to the portability of personal data (Article 20 of the GDPR Regulation).
