INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA RELATED TO REVIEWS
The controller of the personal data of the users of the athleeya.com web application is Athleeya, s.r.o., with its registered office at Kladnianska 34, 821 05 Bratislava - Ružinov, ID No.: 51 800 004, a company registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court of Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 129847/B (hereinafter also referred to as the "Controller" or "Athleeya").
The controller has appointed a data protection officer to supervise the protection of personal data in order to improve transparency vis-à-vis data subjects. The data protection officer can be contacted by e-mail at the following e-mail address: gdpr@athleeya.com.
By submitting a review via the www.athleeya.com web application and filling in your email address and first name, you provide the controller, as the data subject, with an email address for contacting you regarding the content of your review. Your name, review and rating will be published on the web application www.athleeya.com. The purpose of the processing of personal data in connection with the provision of the review is to obtain feedback from Athleeya customers regarding the products and to contact the customers where appropriate by Athleeya - for this reason, it is necessary to process the data subject's e-mail address, first name and the content of the review. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the aforementioned purpose is the legitimate interest of the controller. The controller's interest in enabling the collection of customer feedback is legitimate as it outweighs the potential risks to the rights and freedoms of data subjects (the processing is in the interest of the data subject, the data subject provides the personal data voluntarily, the data subject can reasonably expect the processing, there is a reasonable relationship between the controller and the data subject.
The recipients of personal data are:
- The supplier of the software solution
- The supervisory authorities
The processing of personal data does not involve the cross-border transfer of personal data, automated decision-making or profiling.
The retention period is 5 years from the date of the review if the data is stored in the athleeya.com web application.
The provision of personal data for the purpose of obtaining a review through the ahleeya.com web application is neither a legal requirement, nor a contractual requirement, nor a requirement necessary to enter into a contract with the controller.
As a data subject, you have, among other things, the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning you as a data subject, the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR Regulation), the right to erasure of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten") in cases specified by law (Article 17 of the GDPR Regulation), and the right to restriction of the processing of personal data in cases specified by law (on the basis of which the controller will mark the stored personal data in order to restrict their processing in the future) (Article 18 of the GDPR Regulation), the right to object to processing carried out on the legal basis of legitimate interest (Article 21 of the GDPR Regulation), the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data (the Office for Personal Data Protection, https://dataprotection.gov.sk), e.g. in the event of a violation of your rights as a data subject by the controller. Due to the nature and character of the data processed, data subjects do not have the right to the portability of personal data (Article 20 of the GDPR Regulation).
