INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA RELATED TO THE APPLICATION TO THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
The controller of the personal data of the users of the athleeya.com web application is Athleeya, s.r.o., with its registered office at Karadžičova 8, 821 09 Bratislava – city district Ružinov, Company ID: 51 800 004, a company registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 129847/B (hereinafter also referred to as the "Controller" or "Athleeya").

The purpose of processing personal data obtained through completing the form is to process your application to the ambassador program. For this reason, it is necessary to process the following personal data about you as a data subject: name, surname, email address, country, link to Instagram profile or other relevant platforms, number of followers on Instagram, and other personal data provided in the form. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the above purpose is the data subject's consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
The recipients of personal data are:
- The supplier of the software solution,
- supervisory authorities.
The data subjects are individuals who have expressed interest in applying to the ambassador program.
The processing of personal data does not involve cross-border transfers of personal data, automated decision-making, or profiling.
The retention period for data stored in the athleeya.com web application is 3 months from the date of granting consent, or until the withdrawal of consent.
As a data subject, you have, among other things, the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning you as a data subject, the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR Regulation), the right to erasure of personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten") in cases specified by law (Article 17 of the GDPR Regulation), and the right to restriction of the processing of personal data in cases specified by law (on the basis of which the controller will mark the stored personal data in order to restrict their processing in the future) (Article 18 of the GDPR Regulation), the right to object to processing carried out on the legal basis of legitimate interest (Article 21 of the GDPR Regulation), the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data (the Office for Personal Data Protection, https://dataprotection.gov.sk), e.g. in the event of a violation of your rights as a data subject by the controller. Due to the nature and character of the data processed, data subjects do not have the right to the portability of personal data (Article 20 of the GDPR Regulation).
